"no stores associated with your account"... I can't even log in, I just get this message over n over... Can't access anything or contact support, nothing is available and I never drove for Uber before... Can y'all fix this

Could not log into my account screen went blank and is frozen, it stays stuck even when I close the app and refresh it .

Signed up, got confirmation emails that I was all set to begin, but still couldn't sign in even a week later. When I called in, I was told they couldn't help me right away because I wasn't a gold member.
