Ratings and reviews

The most seamless airline app, with no errors and works exceptionally well with no issues. Changes in itinerary dynamically reflect in app within mins. Highlights of the app are: luggage tracking, seat map, standby list, dynamic boarding pass update with seat assignment changes, flight details about where it's coming from prior so we can see if any inbound delays and last but not least, personal device entertainment.

App locks account if you get a wrong answer to one of the questions and makes youbreset your password. Very inconvenient. No easily found customer service link. And overall very deceptive selling process with United. Searched and selected a flight with 1 carry on for $516, when filling out the reservation priced changed to $425 and after purchasing it appeard the carry on orinally selected may have not been "full size" and have to pay an extra $99 to get full size carry on for a total of $524...

Slow to load with all the massive overhaul. Difficult to find connecting flight boarding pass to load in wallet or pin. Did not send email or notification for our return trip requesting our snacks! Lots and lots bugs! Free T-Mobile on board does not work with texting anymore only whatsapp and Facebook messenger. Please fix! Samsung 23 and yes, my app is up to date.
