Ratings and reviews

I do most of my shopping with the "My Items" which is pretty handy and works well. The constant upselling and interruptions to suggest "features" like repeat scheduled orders, when you have repeatedly and clearly indicated you don't want such things, is really annoying. The app could use some streamlining in the section for parking and picking up orders - it is a little quirky, the buttons you *need* aren't always obvious or large, and in general that portion is not always easy to use.

10/26/2024: Latest update fails to launch. Doesn't get past initial entirely black screen. I've uninstalled for now. Huge bummer. IN GENERAL: Good, reliable app, esp considering the complexities it manages. I use this app extensively for comparison shopping online. I've had several things shipped or delivered, either from the store or third parties, with good tracking and customer service for the very few issues. I also use my online cart as a shopping list, even if I intend to go in the store.

I m having one of the same problems as many. When I view an item, then, go back to the lit of items, and it starts over at the top. It is very annoying and frustrating. The same as others, it makes me stop shopping and therefore I make no purchases. It's like their goal was for less people to patronize their store, to lose customers and lose money and reputation. Online shopping is supposed to be easy, convenient, and accessible. Now WALMART online is none of those. Seriously
