Dear Sir/Madam, I'm writing this letter in order to inform you that Yango Pro app in Azerbaijan is not working correctly. Recently, all of a sudden the app's interface had changed to Romanian language and works in Romanian language only without giving you an option to change the language. Please look into this matter as soon as possible as it makes it uncomfortable to work using the app in different language. Kind Regards

Am going to list the problems every driver is facing on yango, 1 , the app is unsafe, you can't see the rider picture his true name , again once you end the ride you can't retrieve the rider number from the all , it is not friendly to drivers , when a driver cancelled a request you will be deducted 6 points, but when you drive all the way to a rider destination and the rider cancel not one pay you or add a point on your pro level, 2,it give conflicting price when you end the trip , especially

When online (waiting for booking), allow the items like, rating earning and others to minimize, it looks awkward filling more than half of the screen. Also improve the in-app navigation, route switching should b more quicker and accurate. Add back the map recentre button
