Base on your choice, we will deliver your food with our state of the art delivery system, you can track your meal as needed, and you will be notified once the driver is close to you.

The app itself is good. But one must ask, why is it that every time when I order something, it says I'm eligible for free delivery and when I go to checkout, there is a delivery charge. plus there are some restaurants that say the delivery charges are 590 fils or something but when I checkout, it's 1 BD. Please address this issue asap as this confuses the customer sometimes for what they are paying for.

If you are looking to be scammed then please download the app and proceed. it's my 3rd time in a row i make payment against an order and the payment is taken and the rider is assigned. after the wait of more than 2 hrs they message you sorry your order is cancelled and the amount is refunded only in credit balance which is of no use. the worst app the worst team the worst management. and the fool downloaders

The prime service costs are very good, but the note saction and the address information is a pain. Every single time they have to call me to know the house number, like why don't you just print the address along with bill. second according to customer service the note function does not function if your phone is Apple or Samsung which is very biased. They have been around for years they should have a footing already. The only reason I am still around is to support my fellow country men!
