edit: Still not able to log in after how many months? When I tried the number given for troubleshooting the lady said everything looked okay on her end, and she had no idea what was wrong or how to fix it. It shouldn't be a device thing either, as I'm not able to login using the website on my phone browser or my laptop browser either. I don't know how many times I try to login and I get "experiencing technical difficulties" or "invalid credentials".

It often takes days for transactions to show up. Sometimes the money is gone but there's no corresponding charge, or sometimes the vendor has confirmed that they received their money, but nothing shows up at all and it looks like the money is still there. It's ridiculous that I feel the need to go back to keeping a paper and pencil ledger in 2025 in order to manage my day to day banking. If switching banks weren't such a hassle, I would have been gone weeks after opening the account.

App has been garbage for a number of months, balances are adjusted with transactions, but the transactions themselves don't actually show in the accounts for days, sometimes not at all. Computer access is fine, everything reflected there, but not in app. Cleared cache, restart app. Remove and reinstall app sometimes fixes it, but that is not a reasonable "fix" if it has to be done all the time to see account transactions.
