The app is great when it wants to work. That's the unfortunate thing - sometimes for days at a time I'm not able even get to the login screen. At this point it's like a 50/50 shot as to whether I can use the app. I'll open the app just to stare a blank screen or the RBFCU logo. On top of that, the quick balance widget is just as finicky. It will work fine for maybe two days and then it either freezes on whatever balances are there, or gets stuck updating and never changes. Constant issues.

Awful. I log in and it "loads" for a few seconds then crashes, kicks me out and has me log in again. I regularly have to try 4 or 5 times before it finally loads and shows my account without kicking me back to the log in screen. The app is up to date. I just had fraud on my account so I check it multiple times a day. I should not have to spend 5 minutes, signing in a dozen times, hoping I get lucky and can actually see my accounts.

Hi, sorry for the trouble with accessing the app. Some members experienced issues with the latest update on certain phones. To help troubleshoot this we recommend clearing your RBFCU app cache and data storage on your device settings. Another update and STILL not working! The page doesn’t fully load after a transactThe new update has glitches. It doesn't fully load the page. For example, if I move money between accounts, it will freeze without showing completion, with half the page blanking. It's also doing a double transaction. I have go into my account to see if the transfer worked. Also, when depositing a check, the page froze, so I had no Idea if it was successful until I looked at the account and saw the deposit pending.
