Before the update last year, this app worked fine. Never had any issues. I don't use biometrics for privacy/security reasons. THE APP WILL NOT REMEMBER MY USERNAME. The one RBFCU assigned to me that I couldn't pick myself. I'm not committing a username that I didn't pick to memory. It may sound silly but I don't care. Uninstalling and just using the browser version (even though that's pretty buggy as well).

What happened to this app? It used to be so dependable. For the last week, I can log in but it won't let me actually see any account info before it logs me out again. I tried a reinstall and the same issue persists. I sign in, the accounts page loads, I click on an account and I get redirected back to the log-in page. Unacceptable! I hope they get this sorted asap.

Hi, sorry for the trouble with accessing the app. Some members experienced issues with the latest update on certain phones. To help troubleshoot this we recommend clearing your RBFCU app cache and data storage on your device settings. This looks pretty, but doesn't work as well as the other one. It gives you instructions, but then when you follow them they don't actually work. I can do a quick balance check without signing in and I have to have a passcode on my phone to see the balance without singing in. I work in the Operating Room, I have to use my phone to text doctors frequently one handed while doing something else at the same time. Entering a pass code is awkward at best!
