All of a sudden, app has stopped responding. Unable to access on mobile. Goes into a hang after pin is entered. Statement "shield running at half-integration" pops up. But have not been able to log in for over a month. Before that all was well. Have been writing to SCB, I don't think their technical team knows what is wrong. They keep repeating the same steps and questions despite my multiple responses.

Very bad customer service. They deducted min balance charges several times despite being a zero balance account. Also it's impossible to connect to the customer care team. All phone numbers are invalid. There's only an option to raise a query through the app or website but you won't get any reply. Most of all, they have bank branches at very limited locations. Full frustrating experience.

Worst service ever faced. These sc bank credit card agents were back of me for 2 months until I take the credit card. I paid my balance and suddenly showing additional amount to pay without using. When I contacted each and every possible person, no one responds regarding the transactions or no one even cared about the situation. I want to cancel this credit card at any possible way. Worst service.... I never recommend to take such cards
