Pathetic app from 1990s. I haven't seen a financial service app so poorly built. Even as basic functionality as making a payment isn't available! It redirects user to their website. They still use image captchas on their login page for bot detection! And the best one trying to login via fingerprint gives error- "incorrect username/password" it seems like no one even bothered at Standard chartered to use their own app

All of a sudden, app has stopped responding. Unable to access on mobile. Goes into a hang after pin is entered. Statement "shield running at half-integration" pops up. But have not been able to log in for over a month. Before that all was well. Have been writing to SCB, I don't think their technical team knows what is wrong. They keep repeating the same steps and questions despite my multiple responses.

After the recent update, it has become very unreliable. Sometimes your credit card accounts will just disappear. The option make a payment (which will show all cards without option to make to specific card) will make the payment to one of the cards and not to all of them. Kept the app offline for 2 weeks, and this is what they came up with.
