This app used to be awesome. The reason it's getting 2 stars is because for some reason every couple of months it clears my data back to a certain date and I have to reinput EVERYTHING! This takes hours to do and is a very bad feature. UPDATE: I am officially getting rid of this app. I had paid for this years ago and loved it but its ridiculous to have to put the data in over and over. Despite backing it up. I'll be using excel from now on. 1 star. If I could give less I would.

Every couple months when I open the app it takes 15 minutes to go through a procedure of "updating data base. This should take a few seconds the first time." If you cross your fingers the data doesn't disappear. Now I opened a device that hadn't been logged in for a while, and made a bunch of duplicate entries that the "fix duplicate entries" didn't fix. That was the last straw. I've found no way to load any local backups I've made. Sadly I had paid for pro version too.

Been using this app for nearly 8 years or so. Sometimes updates mess things up, but they always end up fixing it...but that hasnt happened it a while. So maybe they got the hang of it now. Other than that, I cannot complain at all. Seamlessly updates across multiple devices (if set up). Multiple accounts. Online backup (I use email backups, so not sure how the other works).
