Will tell you your balance, but that is about it. Not able to make payments or get to the sign on screen at all - the blue circle keeps spinning. This happens even after updating the app and restarting my phone. I haven't been able to consistently make a payment on the Citi app in several months. Other card app (capital one, amex, etc) work like a breeze.

Easy to use. Captures information well. Not intrusive at all. Good security features. Identification technology is quite user friendly. They are adding new features to enhance the experience. I am liking the ease of being able to transfer funds especially for investment purposes. Credit card offering is pretty good. Check out the AAdvantage shopping mall to look at opportunities to get miles to your account.

Used to be a great app but the latest update has turned it into something one step above trash. You can no longer see your statement with everything laid out nice and orderly. You have to go into each subgroup such as groceries, lodging, etc... why change it to make it more complicated is beyond me but might be time to switch back over to Discover Card for ease of use.
