This app has become SO frustrating. It was all good at first, now, for the last 6 months or more everytime I sign in it says I'm on an unrecognized device and it has to send a verification code to my email...seriously, EVERY SINGLE TIME..and it only gives you 30 seconds to do it or it times out, its ridiculous, I have never had an app only give 30 seconds. I've had the same phone the entire time, why is it having so much difficulty 'recognizing' my device?!?! UPDATE...still happening...

I got a new card and made a couple purchases. I thought I would pay the balance early to avoid the monthly finance charge but that wasn't the case. I could make a payment with an $8 fee attached or setup a bank account for free. They were supposed to make a couple small deposits to verify the account but they took nearly 10 days to do it and by then the payment would've been late. I made the express payment and the $8 charge, feel like they scammed me so I'm closing this account.

I HATE this app!!! It takes forever to sign you in, (if it even works to begin with) and makes you verify you phone/email every single time, even if you have to sign in again right after signing out. I downloaded the app because I thought it would be easier to make payments through it but I always end up having to go through the website so I just saved the web address to my phones home screen.
