I've had this card for 2 years had no issues unless you opt in to overdraft. They do anything and everything to make sure they get those 30 dollar fees. They'll only approve small amounts for overdrafts then charge 30 dollars for them, though you have 24 hrs to pay the overdraft to have the fee removed, they'll hold your funds until the fees applied so they make sure to get that money. Just switched my direct deposit elsewhere so they can't steal anymore of my money! There's better options!

Used to love this banking service. Currently use them for my direct deposit now. As a bank, straight forward, no hidden fees. Awesome. No issues with that side. But as of recently the app won't load to the login screen even after a reinstall. I now am forced to use the web interface for balance inquiries. The app was GOOD too. Had biometric log in support, at one time they had the available balance viewable from the login screen on a little slider. Not anymore. Nothing works. Bout to switch bank

I normally dont have issues with this app. I've had the card for years , and once there was an app I downloaded it and all was fine, but recently my fingerprint wont enable. I went inside the my acct feature to turn it on, but it keepa saying opps we can't at this time. I've been using the finger print login since you all started it, and now I'm having issues with it. could we have that looked at please. thank you.
