I like that I can use the app to have coffee delivered when I can't make it to the shop and still earn points. However, sometimes door dash messes up an order and there is no way to report or go in and get reimbursed when an order does arrive. And using the loyalty points via the app doesn't work right. Points can't be applied to delivery fees, which is fine, but you can only have one payment method selected. So I can't use my card to cover the balance when the loyalty points option is selected.

Love this place always friendly faces never a long wait the selection is amazing so many options the Frozen Chillers are great pick me ups especially in this Texas heat. I love the location because it's literally walking distance from my job and the whole team loves it. And the app makes it 10 times better because I can order even when it's busy at work and all I have to do is run down the way to pick up my order

Uses door dash drivers for their platform but comes with zero customer protections/supports. Got the wrong items but need them refunded? Can't do that. Need to track your order? Only works if your driver is responsive. Need to contact the store via phone? A whole other story, good luck with that. Those issues aside, this app has been buggy since the beginning. They had an offer of free delivery during a limited time but it kept crashing and refreshing. So shady.
