Once you’re booked on a cruise, plan your entire vacation from the app. Reserve shore excursions for every port, purchase or upgrade beverage packages for endless toasts, and internet packages to stay connected while at sea, though the app is free to use on ship Wi-Fi.

Put together the perfect spa day... or days... and make dining reservations at distinctive specialty restaurants. Explore other pre-cruise deals in the arcade, check out VIP Passes and make your cruise truly special with gifts and gear. And don’t forget to link reservations with your travel party so you can make plans together.

Set sail like a pro

As your cruise approaches, use the app to check-in and qualify for the fastest boarding experience. Before you head to the terminal on boarding day, begin your mandatory safety briefing and access your set sail pass.

To plan all the fun, find all the shows and activities in the Daily Planner and build your personalized calendar. We’ll even remind you with a notification when you have plans.

Be sure to smile for the camera because you’ll be able to view, purchase and download your photos right from the app (on select ships). Find your way around with detailed deck maps and chat with your travel party through group or 1-on-1 chats. Track your onboard expenses in the app (or not... you’ll be on vacation, after all) and learn how to book your next cruise while onboard for the best deals.

After your cruise, you can continue to track your loyalty status and perks, keep up with the latest and greatest from our family of brands in the video library, and start planning and booking your next cruise. Because we know this won’t be your last!

The app will sign you off at random and not let you log back in even with the correct information. There are great delays in receiving chats, and the Daily Planner and My Calendar tabs would get mixed up or sometimes not show any content and cause the app to freeze. The execution doesn't meet the expectation of the functionality the app is trying to do. Also, the ability to add personal events or reminders in the My Calendar would be a very useful feature.

The app is really helpful on the cruise but seems to become confused easily when local ship internet is up but starlink is down. This seems to make it lock-up or behave poorly when it is actually network issues. this scenario can really impact message delivery, which should be a core component of the app. It has lots of potential, but developers really need a test environment that mimics being on a ship (or just have devs work on cruises, I'm sure they'd hate that. 😃)

It's hard to differentiate issues with the app from Wi-Fi issues. We frequently lost Wi-Fi and the app would report, "We lost you." Additionally, of four people traveling together, I was the only one with Internet access. At one point the app required an update to function. I updated my phone, but if our Android phones had not had the ability to Send/Receive apps then my wife and our friends would not have had the chat (or a working app) for half our cruise! The app AND Wi-Fi need more work.
