Ratings and reviews

I use the Sam's Club app every time I shop in store with Scan & Go, or at home for deliveries and shipping. It is easily navigated. However, the app can be slow... It would be better if you could edit orders you make for delivery and shipping. For instance, I wanted to adjust a driver tip, or add another product before the order was being worked on, but only had the option to cancel. It would also be more helpful to put what isle or a store map to help locate where an item is located in stores.

Sam's Club in Tucson, AZ, is a fantastic spot for bulk shopping, and the Scan & Go feature makes it even better. With Scan & Go, you can scan items as you shop, pay through the app, and skip the checkout line entirely. It’s a huge time-saver, especially during busy hours. I also like seeing my total in real-time, helping me stay within budget. Just show your digital receipt at the exit, and you're done! Occasionally, there are extra discounts for Scan & Go users, which is a nice perk.

This app works for both fuel and in-store purchases. Fueling is fast, efficient, and paperless. With automatic scanning at the exit, I don't even have to stop for a cart-check. Very quick and efficient. For both fuel and in-store purchases, no paper receipts are needed and all transactions are accessible for bookkeeping purposes.
