I use it since 2016 or 2017 and every time I comeback to it, But I don't understand the rest program, shouldn't it be automated with the app? I select every 2 days but I don't know if it's right or how should I exercise?

It sets me a reminder to do them every single day even though I'm supposed to take rest days.

I like that this app includes all the little exercises that develop stabilizing muscles. So many apps ignore these little exercises. This app also gradually increases in difficulty so you're always challenged. I have bad knees and I'm able to do this.
