Ratings and reviews

The service providers are mostly very professional and thorough - do see the reviews carefully. The app itself isn't as transparent in terms of how much payment you've made. It's hard to navigate and I'm better off checking my credit card statement. It is also not easy to make changes in the appointments so I would recommend getting a la carte instead of the regular appointments. You end up getting slapped with charges even when you change back to the original regular time.

The professional she's great, 5 stars for her. But the app is annoying,I can't book the pro i want even in advance because it shows only one week. It doesn't even give me a list of professionals to choose from. I keep getting calls for monthly subscription & they tell me I can book the person I want, of course I didn't fall for that because it gives the same problem

In an upcoming booking, the service details including the time is never displayed. Only the amount to be paid & the time is displayed. This is very bad experience. The service details as in what all options the user has selected along with duration of the whole service should be included in each booking details. Service charges are increasing exponentially by the day due to which I'm thinking of switching to YesMadam.
