since last update, its not accessing accurate location while making attendance; even sometimes it detect far city of neighboring country. unbelievable. i checked google maps as well which is working perfectly ok.

Hi,
The issue you're facing seems to be related to recent settings changes made by your organization's administrator. Please contact your organization's admin and ask them to enable mandatory location sharing in the Attendance settings.
If the problem persists, please send us an email detailing the issue to people@zohomobile.com.

Always ask me to turn off battery optimisation and run full time on background otherwise wont let me to log in!!

Your organization’s administrator may have enabled geo-restriction or made location sharing mandatory. If your device cannot provide an accurate location at the moment, please disable battery optimization for our app to reduce location fetching time and errors.
Also, please note that our app currently has no features running in the background.
