Ratings and reviews

There is a lot to work on video-wise. Lately, my app on my Galaxy 23 is darkening and brightening, randomly throughout the videos. I've checked settings in my phone and app, yet I haven't found any solution. Next, anytime you fast forward or rewind, there is a tremendous amount of lag or buffer time. That is present on both my phone and tvs at home. The ads have gotten outrageous... there used to be a short ad at the beginning of most videos, but I could skip them. Now ads are everywhere.

Useless downloading function. Constantly stalls at 99%, won't finish downloading until download restarted. Even then download fail errors come up. If you just want to watch videos I guess the app is ok, but half the point, and a feature supposedly included with Amazon Prime is downloading things to view offline. So app literally doesn't do half of what it's supposed to. (Hulu, HBO, etc. downloads work fine. It's not my phone, OS, network or whatever else Amazon would blame it on.

It used to run perfectly fine. No issues, better than all the other streaming apps. Gives you trivia, actor information, and cools facts. But the best part it was it ran smoothly. Then you guys made a UI update and changed the layout. I can't even watch anything without it lagging. Yes lagging. No stuttering, pausing, or pixelation/blurriness. Just lagging like it slows down to 5-10 frames a second every minute or so. Unwatchable. On S23 Ultra
