As you prepare for your vacation, download the ultimate cruise app! Available on all Carnival ships.

Use the Carnival HUB app to share your cruise countdown with friends, then explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more (restricted for adults). When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.

As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.

Before your cruise:

I did enjoy the app for information. However, the chat aspect is what we really needed it mostly for. Most of the time, we had to be in close proximity to each other to communicate. The chat aspect wasn't available many times due to wifi crashing. However, I also understand that due to the remote location and constant movement, it's very difficult to have continuous connection. Just keep that in mind when using this app. Thank you, Carnival, for providing this service!

The app was very useful on board and within a short distance from the cruise ship. You can setup your planner to get notifications and reminders of events, and you can even see what your fellow roomates/party members want to do from there as well. Unfortunately the account charge info is not retained in app; once you leave the cruise wifi, you either took the physical copy they gave or you need to request another electronic one. Would be more convenient for everyone if it was retained in app.

like the idea of it and for the most part it would be great if the app would stay connected. all the info i needed was right there. nut i had to keep resetting the wifi every time I tried to use it. and also paid the extra $5 for the chat which hardly ever worked. i say that should have been free anyway. ***** update still a good app to use onbord and still wish it would continue working without it disconnecting constantly. the $5 text messages to your travel party does not work most times
