Runnin' has its rewards. Join our new rewards program, DUNKIN’ REWARDS, to earn your choice of free food and drinks, unlock Boosted Status to earn points faster and score members-only exclusive offers. Members earn 10 points per $1 spent on qualifying purchases in-store or when they order ahead.

Pay Any Way
Dunkin’ Rewards members earn points any way they pay – cash, credit/debit, Dunkin’ Card or Google Pay. Dunkin' Rewards members can setup auto-reload so their Dunkin’ Card never runs out of funds.

Ratings and reviews

Least usable of the restaurant-specific online irdering apps I've used. When a location is out of something, they can't stop taking orders. No order status to let you know of any problems beforehand. No ability to cancel orders. No easy ability for refunds, whole or partial. Online support loads outside the app in a clumsy, generic "contact us" interface. Whole thing feels like it was designed by AI with no practical experience in the service industry.

Always issues with the store not having stuff in stock even though the app shows it is and gives coupons for things that aren't carried. When you order it and they don't have it, it is virtually impossible to get a refund for the item- sometimes they even just replace it with something completely different regardless of asking you if it's something you would even like. Another great example of something that is supposed to make your life easier and ends up making it 10x harder.

Feature Request: Please add the ability to change order from drive thru to counter pickup after the order is placed. There are times when I order ahead, that when I arrive at the store the drive thru is wrapped around the building. At the times, it would be better for both me and the store if I could park and change to counter pickup in the app. It would save employee time by them not having to my completed order in their staging area so long. It would allow me to get my cold foam before 🫠
