UPDATE! The AI Chat is amazing! it helps by summarizing how I'm doing. it gives me more understanding of myself and how to be in the world. I find hope. 🥰🥰🥰 (PREVIOUS It is useful. The smiley/frowny faces are easier to identify with than words. The UI after emotional check-in is confusing. Writing to the Chat bot brings up an error.)

This is a really great option to explore CBT. There are a lot of resources for navigating mental health. It doesn't remind me to check in unless I have just done something with the app. I'd prefer it be timed or daily, instead of I just journal, and then it asks me if I want to after I am done. Overall it has been a great help.

If used in "Classic" mode, this is a brilliant app. Some may prefer "Modern" mode, but it's not for me. It adds a lot of unnecessary graphic fluff, and has annoying quirks. For instance, you can't start a new paragraph because...why? Also, my keyboard app doesn't work properly in modern mode. But anyway...this app will definitely help you work through some longstanding mental issues if you use it. My "I loved it" review is for Classic mode only. My review of Modern mode would be 2 star, at most. Dev, please never make Modern mode mandatory. If you do, I'll have to stop using the app. People use this app because it's fast and gets out of our way. Your update is the opposite of that.
