Worst app. Even when I was trying to book for a contact, it kept zooming in to my location even though my location was irrelevant and when I turned off my location out of sheer frustration it wouldn't show me any maps. Even worse the driver cancelled after I had waited for more than 10 minutes. Ola needs to seriously improve its basic cab services instead of adding unwanted and unnecessary additional services.

There are so many things wrong with this app! The UI is not user friendly. The option for a price range (tbd between the customer & driver) is just a way to con people, you always have to pay the upper limit on that range; the driver says whatever you pay, some 6-7 bucks are going to go to Ola, so you absolutely have to pay the higher price. No proper set up for any feedback, raising an issue; Can't add or edit any drop location (if you can, it is well concealed). No easy to share location!

Reply: Gladly, the app in and of itself takes several minutes to load the main page where you can see options for rides. This is especially prominent when you are connected to mobile data and not a solid wifi connection. If you do somehow manage to wait past the absurd load times, when searching for destinations, then too, there is a long loading time. I know that this has nothing to do with my connectivity as this has happened in multiple location in my city, where other apps work fine.
