If you have SERVICES instead of ITEMS for sale, DO NOT USE SQUARE! You can't use coupons, you can create them and give them to customers, but they can't use them. You as the business owner have to manually enter them, even though if the customer clicks the coupon, it tells them it's been applied. Customer service is s**t, too. More people that you can't really understand, that have no agency themselves to actually make a decision about anything. Pass you along to another do-nothing department.

This app is not compatible with my Samsung S24. I can not see transactions for a single client, from the" more menu." I have to calculate the tips myself. This operation works with iPhones but not with Android. Our salon is very busy and I don't have time to do this during the day, so it makes my job more difficult. Support has been contacted, and I haven't heard back. I am very disappointed, and I would not recommend this app to an Android user.

Spent 48 minutes on the phone only to be hung up on by the rep who said "this call is becoming unproductive." I'd argue the entire call was unproductive. I'm having an issue with one clients profile & they couldn't fix it. Kept telling me my phone is outdated. I'd be more likely to believe them if the issue was occurring with the rest of my client profiles. This error is occurring on two different devices so no way both are outdated. Absolutely terrible troubleshooting and refused to escalate.
