SRAM AXS app connects to your smart devices, enabling personalization of your bike - and ride. That includes configuring components the way you want, keeping a close eye on battery levels and exploring cross-category integrations. (Dropper post with a drop bar groupset? No problem!)

this app has gone further and further Downhill. I will no longer be using it, as I literally can't use it anymore; it doesn't even connect to the drivetrains anymore! I have tried everything from unpairing the system, to unpairing the system from the app, to deleting the entire bike. I love the shifting and I used to love this app. but no longer. it also completely stopped doing it's automatic shifting when I get high enough in the cassette; which was honestly a need for me as I am used to a 1x

The app lacks basic functionality. It won't record any data unless you connect it to a bike computer head unit. Why can't it just use my phone GPS? What's the point of having this app on my phone if doing anything with it requires a bike computer? My phone is infinitely more capable and powerful with more sensors than a bike computer, but the app doesn't take advantage of any of that. It also won't integrate with data Strava or any other app. It will only work with a dedicated computer.

Literally, I have tried everything I could do to try and connect to my rear derailer so I can fine-tune it. Nothing but connection errors time after time. Honestly, a year ago, when I got this system, I loved it. Now that I am unable to do something as simple as fine tune, my rear derailer, I absolutely hate it. Honestly, I will not go with nor recommend SRAM for quite some time until I hear that they address these ridiculous connection issues. If they ever do... so long, dear friend.

In this release the Configure Controls experience has received speed and usability improvements. New bug fixes allow linking to Garmin and Wahoo devices, changed bike name populating through to AXS Web, and Drivetrain Settings working in Off The Grid mode.
