What a completely dramatic improvement in every way over my previous hearing aids! Feedback is gone. Bluetooth enabled to my phone, vehicles and more. Rechargeable & quickly! Better fit. Multiple settings. Phone app is really good and easy to use. Love the directional capabilities. Better water resistance. I'm sure there is something I missed.

Have had these hearing aids for almost 3 years now and constantly have problems with the battery usage report on this app. It's just NOT accurate at all. Yesterday morning I put the aids on, tested with the app, showing left 80%, right 90% and a few hours later both batteries were giving me the low battery sound. Shortly thereafter both batteries were dead. This happens all the time. I have unistslled the app several times and reinstalled thinking that might help to no avail.

I love ❤️ the ease of use and directional display. I've not used my hearing aids long enough to know the bad, as some described. It's probably because I just hung up on unwanted calls and didn't use it for the fittness tracker. I personally could care less about the fittness side. The only thing I don't like is that there's no microphone for the phone. Therefore you need to carry your phone around with you.. you can't use bluetooth device and this at the same time that I know of.
