The app is nice and user friendly now. It appears all bugs have been fixed (at least what I experienced). Easy to navigate and quick to load pages. I like it, thanks US Bank! Non-related to the app, BUT their credit card security against fraud is outstanding. My card was compromised. They immediately shut down that credit card, sent notifications to me, and reissued a new card. It happened several days before I was notified. I am so thankful for their thorough monitoring.

I really like the US bank app , it's easy to use , full service included and notifications are very on time and helpful. The only weakness is their help assistant. when you try to reach out to ccostumer service it's basically useless in solving the important problems also doesn't offer to connect you( phone call or text ) to an actual representative .

I checked my balance yesterday but was still zapped for a balance transfer fee. There should be a fixed time for charges to clear. There were two debits that are PENDING that are dated for today, but the OD was dated yesterday! It is irksome when the app stalls and you can't do anything. The page data disappears if you navigate away to another screen. It updates sometimes daily. The app takes forever to load and often a different tab gets stalled. It is easier to work from the website.
