It is slow, clunky, and annoying. The app doesn't feel like a native one, and it has too many modal dialogs. Maintenance requests go into a void, and the Bluetooth bandwidth required is annoying if your phone has a damaged antenna. Being able to track the status of my loads and get notifications when they're done is theoretically a great idea, but the app loses track of between 20-50% of started jobs, and notifications don't show up until the phone wakes from something unrelated.

I've never had a problem not connecting to a machine; technically. But wow... I definitely find that the connectivity is not great for the machines and the notifications just don't come in for any phone. I've had three different ones while using this app and none of them have received any timely notification( within 45 to 30 minutes of the actual stop time). The only reason that I wouldn't give it a one star is because it does work for every machine that I've tried it with us far.

It's slow and clunky. The app continuously stops working, signing me out and says there's no internet to connect to (despite being online). I have to uninstall and reinstall over and over. Contacting support does nothing as they constantly say that there's nothing they can do. They tell me to reset my phone/app, and I told them I've done this multiple times. Afterwards, they still say there's nothing they can do.
