Its a good app but does have a lot of connection problems. Many times I've had one of the machines not finish, or sometimes not even start at all. All that wouldnt even be a big deal to me if getting reimbursed when the cycle wasn't complete continued to be easy. But lately instead of filling out the form, i need to call company to explain the problem to someone. The problem happen every 3-4 trips and multiple times during the same sometimes. It can be very frustrating.

One of the worst laundry app I've used. Doesn't connect sometimes, I need to close the app every time I start a load, if I want to do more then one wash and the account balance doesn't update properly. In 2012, my college implemented an app and website for laundry. An app from over a decade ago worked better and was more reliably than this. I could also see if the washers/dryers were currently in use or not.

The app is a pain when it comes to connecting to the machine. It says connecting, the machine and app both say machine is "busy" when it is loading. The add time button takes forever. This is very slow. The building got new machines with the new app. We were given a heads up to create our profiles ahead of time, but without the machines on premises, I was unable to create a profile. This app is not user friendly. We are in a senior living area, I see nothing but problems in the future.
