Ratings and reviews

Only thing that makes us feel bad it's the feature that allows customer reduce the amount. Meanwhile drivers don't have any options. We can't even cancel a ride. Otherwise my overall app works well for me.

1. The trips are fixed, if we don't follow the path or if the customer wants to go to another place isn't possible. First we have to place a call. If the app only calculated the distance traveled total kilometer traveled it would help us be more accepting of jobs. 2. Cancelation penalties are a problem because we depend on our points to get jobs. But if the customer for their own reason changes their mind we are forced to cancle. Which deducts 10 points. 3. Job skiping shouldn't deducts point.

Very bad app to work with, super low ratings. The app developers don't care about the drivers experience or profit. The routes are poorly managed. In one year that I've been here my car went from very good to scrap because I can't even pay for the right maintenance....
