doesn't work. won't accept my account number. says the account number needs to be 8 chars, but my account number, when I log in on the website, is only 7. they say I need the latest version to fix that problem. I just installed it again, so it must be the latest version. there's no way to confirm because they won't tell me what the latest version number is.

App is pretty solid, honestly. I recently had an issue with the app, and support (via 1 email) gave me the info i needed to resolve the issue, and also determine the root cause. The only thing holding my review back from being 5 stars, is that, it could be easier to find the full details to my bill within the app. The app shows amount due in like 3-4 places, but only 1 of those leads to seeing the full details. Overall, good job Bell!

This app seems designed with the mindset of active malice to the customer. It won't let me try to log in again because I typo'd my password. It just keeps cycling through failed login attempts. When I'm lucky enough to get in, it doesn't have my account attached to my credentials (again). I've spent hours on the phone getting them to fix this. Yes, Bell. I have the latest version. It's still broken. Fix it.
