The UI on the most important screens of this app is not intuitive. Simple stuff like when there is a delay, I don't need both arrival and departure for each station. It gets confusing, the arrival time of my departing stop is inconsequential to me. Or at least fix the hierarchy, make it smaller. Same thing with the departure time of your arriving station. Also, I think delays should be presented directly on the home screen when you open up your scheduled ride. Not have to go into "Trip Tools"

Horrible app…. Very little is done natively and most of it's just a buggy wrapper for a (slow) webpage. In fact, if you don't have a default browser set in Android, just forget about using this app – it won't let you sign in AT ALL!!!!! At least we can pay with Google Pay I guess.... but that's the ONLY modern feature here. Because adding your TICKETS to Google Wallet, to save you in case there's poor cell service???? Conspicuously MISSING from Android (but of course that's supported on iOS!!)

Very basic functions do not always work. Very slow. Doesn't have all functions of web site Doesn't auto sign you into web site when transferring you to online site. Train status feature is cumbersome. Requires too much effort/info to use. Should be route based and could have a real time listing of all travel delays system wide for easy reference.
