Constant problems signing in. Also app does not show the total amount due as well as accurate amounts due, especially if a payment was missed. I didn't realize I missed a payment when my credit card updated, and I was getting late fees, but showed green on the app.

I like the app, I guess? It's very "meat and potatoes." Everything works. People chat back in a timely manner but, I'd like to be able to see my balance and make a payment toward principle more easily.

Not at all informative of important details such as payoff amount , interest accumulated, or next payment . Worst lender application I have ever dealt with .
