Love the idea, hate the app. I get the rent mailed to be every month which is great but that's not why I'm giving it 2 stars. When opening the app, none if the buttons work. I've un-installed and reinstalled - same issue. I would hope that they test on my phone since I have a flagship phone. From day 1, it's been on and off in terms of working. This past month, it hasn't been working at all.

I used to love this card, and app for paying rent, but as of last month with this latest update/ change, I now HAVE to use the app to "enter my rent amount" first, then go back to my portal, make the payment, make sure it's the exact amount, and then authorize it. The other problem, it used to let me use the routing/ account number feature, but now the app seems to have gone away with that? It was so much easier when it just gave the routing and account number and I was able to pay that way.

It's not a bad app, and it looks cool and I love the colors it's easy on the eyes. issue is, there is A LOT going on, each tab is packed with info and useless info scattered all around. One of the big problems is, they don't make it easy to show you if you've made the minimum 5 transactions to be qualified for the full points earned during the month. Either put it somewhere on the 1st tab "For You" or put it at the last tab "Wallet" tab.
