I purchased my Bose Soundtouch Wireless Link adapter over 7 years ago. I used it for 3 years in a commercial setting. Day in and day out. When the contract ended, I boxed it up and put it away. A couple of months ago, I was cleaning out the garage and came across the device. I plugged it in, and began connecting wired and wireless devices to it. I am amazed at how easy this device is to configure. Not to mention the output quality that absolutely floored me!

The Bose SoundTouch speaker is remarkable. The Android software interface is a nightmare. While I found another application that said it could be used to connect my android cell to my Bose SoundTouch speaker, it's a paid service. No thank you. Why can't I put the Bose SoundTouch icon on my Android cell? I can sympathize with the fact, software setup for many, many Bose products is challenging. I struggle with how wildly frustrating my particular experience has been.

Used to work well. Recently, absolutely hopeless. So much so, given the expense of the system, I'm thinking of completely abandoning Bose and personally won't be recommending Bose to anybody else. Currently cannot find my speaker system on power up. The very helpful statements are given by the app: "Hmm. We can't play that right now. Please try again later. Ok". No, not okay. "Hmm. There was a problem checking for the update. Ok". Again, no not okay. System currently useless!
