This app isn't the isp itself, so I'm only going to review the app. it's truly a dumpster fire. it's like it's been coded by an 8 year old with an AI assistant, links are broken, login is broken, payment system breaks occasionally or hallucinates and changes payment info that's been working for months, and customer service for the app is so laughably bad that you would do far better to just guess and assume you're right, you will never receive any actual help or relevant information.

My mom was without internet service for 2 months price fee scheduled a service repair in June and in the day before they canceled it. schedule another one for the end of August. All of this was happening while they were doing their updates to the website and the app. So they couldn't make any adjustments for the missing time and they deleted all of the service notes. as soon as spectrum becomes available we are switching immediately.

Extremely disappointed with brightspeed as a company, never actually got to use the app. Payed for installation, was postponed and canceled(by brightspeed) on same day. Next business day a neighbor received installation. I called to ask about what was going on(only positive in this experience) a very kind and apologetic service person, but could not issue a refund for '30-45DAYS'!!! Had no problem taking my money right away!!!!
