Just updated recently(4JUN2024), now the app is not working. Tried to reinstall the app. Halfway on login and confirming OTP, the app crashed. My ongoing transfer did not succeed, but BSN did deduct the money from account, while the other person did not receive yet the money. Facepalm. Worst update for now. Edit: All working fine for now.

I just wanna say that please make notification when our account accept money because the notification only appear when we make transaction but we don't get any notification when there's money transferred to our account. I hope your side can consider this idea of improvement of your apps to make our business easier as your clients. 🥹🥹🥹 besides these things everything's okeyy

Maybe can improved or fix the issue with mybsn apps. Even mine got strong mobile network , but error still appeared and sometimes QR scan cannot be used. They asked to update, after upated, the error still comes out
