so slow and unreliable. Sometimes I swear I could walk to my baby's room faster than this app can open and load the camera. It is a special level of frustration when you hear your baby crying across the house and can't get a app to work to see why. So unreliable and frustrating. But it does somewhat work and I already invested over $100 in the cameras so I guess I'm committed. if another company comes along with a better one, I'd surely switch.

Camera won't connect. I have tried about 40 times to connect the app to the camera for viewing while away from the monitor. I scan the QR, the app says "Cam 1...Processing" and then just sits there and spins a loading circle. I've reset my app, reset the router, reset the camera and monitor. Nothing has helped. It's aggravating. Thid shouldn't be happening. Make it easier to connect to a camera on a single wifi. This clearly isn't working. Also, 0 support online. None. No where.

Based on our experience, we suspect that someone in your family may have tried to register the camera with another account, which automatically removed the previous registration. To avoid this type of issue in the future, we recommend that all members of your family use the same account and password for share viewing.

I have 3 cameras connected to this app. one camera, purchased individually with parent unit, consistently connects to the app perfectly well. Then I purchased a new set with 2 cameras + parent unit. One of these cameras connects to the app perhaps only 5% of the time, and the other maybe about 90% of the time. Never have issue connecting to the parent unit via router. Both cameras configured exactly the same, in rooms next door to each other. Completely unreliable.

To reset your device, please follow these steps: 1: Go to the settings in the parent unit. 2: Run the factory reset. 3: The parent unit will then directly connect to the camera. 4: Redo the add camera procedure from the App to scan the parent unit QR code. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
