I own both the Pixel 7 and Pixel 8, the app's performance is subpar. It frequently fails to launch, and on the rare occasions it does, image uploads do not resize properly, overwhelming servers with large files. Often, the upload process fails, resulting in requests being created without images, despite error messages indicating otherwise. Additionally, the GPS feature is unreliable, inaccurately locating me far from my actual position. The app's concept is promising, misses the mark.

App won't allow me to attach pictures to requests, severely limiting my ability to give the city information. I've checked permissions and tried reinstalling, to no avail. My GF's installation crashes any time she tries to create a request, so for her it's even more useless.

The app seems fine, but the responses by the city are concerning. I reported a left turn arrow that was only green for about 5 seconds while the pedestrian sign was lit. Told that changing the timing would cause traffic due to the lights no longer being synchronized or longer wait times for pedestrians. Second, sent in photos of one of those "your speed" signs that was about 15 feet high, therefore blocked by trees. Told to call Urban Forestry - could this not be forwarded to that department?
