This used to be an awesome, user-friendly app! It was my favorite! At one point, they updated it, and it struggled working, but they resolved to fix it, and it got much better! Now they have updated it again, and you MUST use your phone number in the store to get rewards. Even if you are paying with the app! It no longer automatically gives you the deals and discounts unless you enter your phone number. Plus, the app crashes, and you can't pay at the pump! It's awful now and frustrating!

So sorry to hear, Caryn. We are actively working on fixing some issues with our app experience, including some slowness. We hope you'll give our new app and rewards program another chance and check back with us shortly.

Update: Every time they update this app it becomes more and more unusable. Most recent update, now it doesn't automatically find the gas station you're at anymore and search doesn't work. I use this app all the time and spend a ton of money, but ONE returned payment and they block you account and charge you $20. Absolutely no grace period. No leeway. Also they randomly put a hold on your account for no reason, saying it's an invalid pin issue when you're 100% certain you entered the correct pin.

Originally this was a five-star review. however it seems like since they did an app update where the whole interface changed a long time ago it's not so much that the app itself is an issue it's that it literally always logs you out of the phone. They have biometrics for when you go to actually pay at the pump I don't understand why you can't use biometrics to login. extremely annoying and if they add biometrics to login I will be updating my review back to a five-star.
