Another update App has become unuseable terrible experience. Used to be great. Update: lost two stars. Perks have not worked for me several times using the app. Cashiers shrug and move on... It has damaged my trust of Cumberland. Previous when 4 stars: Almost perfect signup. Ux/ui could use some polishing. But after a few "figure it out" moments I was in and filling up.

I can't even use the app unless I link my bank account to it. no offense but with all the digital theft nowadays. I definitely don't feel comfortable linking my bank account to any app or sore card. if I can't use your app to get discounts like every other place that has an app. then why bother going to the store. if I were to link any card it would be a credit card with the lowest limit on it. that way if there was an issue with my card or information being stolen. it wouldn't affect my BANK.

Latest update no longer keeps you logged in, it's really annoying. Now, when I go to use the app, I'm constantly required to manually login with password & txt verification code which is very inconvenient and slow, especially when you're in line at the register. It used to keep you indefinitely logged in so when you open the app it was ready to go. NOT fast and easy anymore!
