Ratings and reviews

Very convenient in the obvious ways, but so glitchy in others, I'm not sure if the convenience is worth the stress. ex: my flight got delayed, missed my connection . App says "we've automatically booked you on the next flight- click to accept" I clicked and it was a completely different date/flight/route. Then it decided it was a day later than it was, preventing useful searches. It was resolved on ground, but still added a ton of unnecessary stress.

App frequently will not let me log in with no explanation. Then sends an email with a notification and asks if the notification was useful. When I click on the link to let them know it was not useful, the link doesn't work. Garbage. I'm literally in the airport, my flight has been delayed, the gate has changed the Info on the airport board hasn't been updated and I can't get info from the app because it won't let me log in.

Faulty and undependable app. honestly the worst app that I use which is unfortunate because when I need to use it it's pretty important. If you need to do anything like change your wallet, update information, and most importantly book a trip you might as well just go online. and they're online website is not much better. I have traveled with Delta for over 18 years and you'd think they get it right.
