Ratings and reviews

This app is really problematic. We have to reset the system to get it to work and then after an hour or so the groups stop working. We have 3 areas setup, Pool, Outdoor Kitchen and Patio. I can never get all 3 connected and it's a guarantee that one of the areas doesn't work. And there is no consistency with which room will work or won't work. I'm really disappointed and will be replacing the system.

Inconsistent. Doesn't work half the time. Does not work well with Amazon music. I was hoping to not have to buy another Wiim for this system which works flawlessly. This is what you get in a Marantz receiver. Update 12/26/24: Still the absolute worst app and streaming device ever! You never know if it will work or not. I will be adding a Wiim device to my receiver.

When it is working it is amazing. But, every month or so, it becomes impossible to use. The key issue is grouping and ungrouping speakers. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the benefit of the heos system was the wireless speakers you could put all over the house. I love this, it means that I can have the same station playing all over my house, at the volume appropriate for that room. Again, when this is working, it's heaven. When it's not, I get app rage...
