The app shows great hot spots, but the navigation needs an upgrade, desperately!!!! It was trying to get me to make illegal U-turns in places that it's not allowed. I'm just glad that I know the city is drive in extremely well and sometimes gives me the chance to use the shortcuts I know to get to and from destinations quickly. Maybe updating the maps within the Topeka, KS area due to all the HWY construction would also be helpful as well.

Every time I need to verify if I'm at the correct location the app always gets stuck on the GPS and there's nothing you can do but restart the phone. Clearing the cache does nothing and it's very inconvenient. Also in other areas I have full service in this app says "no Internet connection". It is beyond frustrating to use this app for it's features when this thing glitches every 2-3 orders.

App is always freezing in the middle of orders. Having to force stop and/or restart my phone way to much. Why are drivers being penalized for excessive wait times at restaurants. When you reject an order it drops your rating by one, but it takes 10 orders to gain that one point back. So 3 instances where the odds are already stacked against the drivers.
