Long time user. I recently changed my password & added the security authentication piece. Now the app fails to log in after I enter my info & password. The authentication window doesn't come up. The app pops up with login fail, please check your spelling & try again. I'm sure the issue is that the my Earthlink app is not set up to support entering an authentication code like other Earthlink apps are. This needs to get fixed.

This app is close to worthless. The only 2 things I need it for, is to pay my bill and get support. Otherwise, don't bother downloading. As far as emails go, sign into another email app with your EarthLink account. ★Please fix★If you happen to not pay your monthly charge, service is disputed. But then, when you block access to signing into the account, I can't pay my bill without calling.

Another badly-designed app! "Remember me" and finger scan doesn't work so you have to enter your email address and password each time you want to check your email. There is no drop-down box for all your accounts so each one must be re-entered in its entirety and it kept opening to a secondary account. My attempt to chat with customer support failed when he went to check the problem with signing in and never returned. All together frustrating and a waste of time.
