They put my funds on hold requesting an ID emailed picture of the person I am sending funds to. I have never had to upload a picture of an ID for proper distribution. The ID has always been shown at cash pickup. When I questioned the teller, she hung up on me. The person I am sending to doesn't have access to email a picture for funds it doesn't make sense. I will follow up if he gets the money or not. * update he couldn't pick up. Someone living in Mexico was able to get it for him. thank you.

Hi Griselda - For certain transactions, especially first-time or high-risk ones, the verification process may require an ID copy to comply with security and regulatory standards. All the transactions under compliance are paid; otherwise, they're refunded. Funds are never retained. For further assistance, please write to us at support@elektrago.app.

terrible customer service and app! I sent money and it was stuck on processing. I called customer service and they said it was a glitch and that it should be fixed, just to find out that it was still having the sale issue. do not use this app!
