Edit - This issue has recurred in October 2025 as well. Don't go for Titan. Ever. Their login mechanism is outdated. And can keep anyone logged out of the app forever. And the support team won't have any clue at all. Also, whenever it intermittently works, Sleep tracking is completely erratic with no option even to manually input correct start and end times.

Am trying to add the device through app continuously but it's not working.I have enabled all the permissions, my bluetooth is also on but after that also it's not getting connected. it's just disgusting, am getting frustrated. Here I can't share image otherwise I would have shared what I am facing...

I have been using thia app for about 1 and half year. There was no problem. Sometimes it log out automatically but the loge un process is so easy so I never found it as am issue. But from past 1 week I have been trying ti loge in but I couldn't. It is saying network error even though my network is fine .. I tried all ways but no use. I need solution ..
