This is the what app I've ever used. It constantly crashed, takes 3-4 sign in attempts to log on, passwords don't work at random, card number details don't work at random/anymore, logging in has completely failed altogether, there's Zero customer service, you have to call and get your balanace now, I'm unable to get any bank statements at all. It's really not all that surprising though lol. A govt sponsored money app, i mean who are we kidding here lol, they don't care about us.

It worked great for about a month but than everytime I would log on it wouldn't work, it would just shut down immediately! I've restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again and nothing worked!!! Constant crashes! Even still while reviewing it won't finish loading the tell us more option! Reviewing your balance is never right either. Worst app ever!

I can not log in to the app. It keeps saying that it's that it is an unknown device. I have been using the same device to log in for the last eight months. The last two weeks it will not me log in. I called customer service and it worked for one day. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app like that said. I still get the same worning of unknown device.
