Works one day and then tells me the next day that the "Current version needs to be updated." I go to update my version, and the Google store page tells me that it's not compatible with my Samsung Note. A day or two later, and it works fine again without me downloading anything. The glitch always happens when I'm in town and needing to check my balance before I checkout at the grocery store or similar, making it highly inconvenient. Ameris needs to fix this instability! Edit: App fully broke.

this app has been great until a couple of days ago. I haven't changed anything on my phone and my biometric login works for any other app that ask for it except for this one. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still won't ask me for my biometric login when I open the app. any idea if this is a known issue? EDIT - biometric feature is working again.

it worked app is working fine now thank you! I set up biometrics. The app requires me to enter my ID and password. After i enter my password, then it requires me to do the biometrics. the app was working again, but it just reverted back to the same issue as above I received a request to run updates on my phone. Since then, the Ameris app doesn't work properly. I'm not sure if this helps
