Feedback: Your website is completely annoying to book, it's why I no longer fly with Breeze At checkout, after selecting seats, the pull up menu will not keep the check out to bags button option up, it won't pull up AND STAY to click it- it disappears. This happened previously, about 6 months ago. I thought it had been fixed by now, but it hasn't. Do they not have someone who oversees this? I have no other option than to book other than mobile. shame.

The airline is fabulous. I love traveling with them. Happy, helpful people, great prices, and clean, comfortable planes. The app, on the other hand, is absolutely the worst app ever in the history of apps. It hardly ever opens, when it does it doesn't remember me, doesn't have my flights, points, or preferences. Nearly anytime I want to do anything, I have to go to the website instead. Sure wish they would fix it.

Very stupid. They tell you to download the app (which isn't necessary) instead of navigating to the website. But then the app literally tells you to go to the website. You can't sign in on the app while on the plane, and the website doesn't work because the stupid on-board Wi-Fi blocks their own website. Like, how do they actually manage to sell Wi-Fi on these planes? Stupid. Also, please partner with T-Mobile with their free onboard Wi-Fi deal. That's much more straightforward.
