Ratings and reviews

I don't think it is possible to make a slower and more unreliable piece of garbage. If the team that made this did it for free, they would have been overcharging. Won't pull up flights, won't pull up boarding passes, and a minimum of 60 seconds between pressing a button and the page loading, if it loads at all.

Frontier requires the app and there is no ticket agent at this specific airport. Frontier changes and delays cause a lot of confusion and trouble. The gate agents are not helpful. Why does it seem like they hate their job? Forced to download the app and use it. The app did not clearly show that the second leg of the flight was 24 hours later. Was not able to get a credit, had to buy another ticket to get to destination.

Missed my flight because the app failed to issue a boarding pass and there was almost no help. I reinstalled and restarted the app - still nothing. A rep blamed me for being late, claiming I didn't hit the check-in button in time, even though I did. After rebooking (Frontier even tried to make me pay the fare difference), I still couldn’t get the boarding QR for the next flight more than 12 hrs prior - thankfully it finally worked on an iPad. Just terrible!
