I have to manually sign in every single time, biometric sign in has not worked for the past couple of months. Even more frustrating is the Drive Easy program, I never grab my phone while driving and I've had repeated instances where it claims I handled my phone while driving, other times it doesn't recognize when I parked and got out of the car and thinks I'm driving, and the hits me for hard braking while I'm walking. I take pride in never picking up my phone so it's terribly frustrating.

For finding your information, this app is just fine. However, the "drive easy" function is absolutely pathetic. Frankly, I'm embarrassed that Geico would put something this inaccurate out. The app actually fabricates things that I do, that I clearly did not do. It is so bad, I am already looking to switch insurance companies because I find it so aggravating. Conceptually, I love it, in practice it should be discarded and redone. Absolutely useless in terms of its accuracy on how you are driving

Good app, except it has one major downside. Please fix your push notifications to devices. I get multiple push notifications per day asking me to fix my phone settings for the DriveEasy program, but I've already given permission to everything. There are multiple mentions of this in your reviews. Excessive and invalid notifications lead to users silencing all notifications. If this gets fixed, I'll update my review, but until then, this causes unnecessary notifications.
